Planned Parenthood accepts returns on all purchased publications if all of the following conditions are met:

• The shrink-wrap packaging is intact.
• The publications are returned to our fulfillment center within 10 working days of delivery.
• All returned publications are shipped using a method that provides a tracking number to confirm shipping status.
• Your name, address, and the Planned Parenthood Yahoo store order number are included with your return.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless we provided the publications in error.
