Account numbers have changed. Please submit your billing address to our accounts department to receive your new Affiliate Account Code*. This code will allow you to make purchases online or by phone using a purchase order number. If you are a Planned Parenthood Affiliate, use your Affiliate ID number as your Affiliate Account Code.
